About Us

We are proud to be an independent provider of services and innovative support packages to local authorities, schools, and individuals across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, and Peterborough.

Our team of fully qualified Social Workers and Family Support Workers all have a background in both Adult and Children Services, so you can be confident that we have the necessary knowledge and expertise to fulfil our roles to the highest possible level.

Since our establishment in 2015, we have brought together a talented team of professionals who are on hand to supply services during the week, at the weekend, and on public holidays alike. We can also supply out of hours emergency services to both private individuals and local authorities, tailoring our services specifically to families or individuals' assessed needs.

It is our vision to achieve a range of positive goals for the people that we work with such as:

The provision of person-centred services that are underpinned by appropriate legislation

The provision of family support and early intervention services to families that do not meet the criteria for local authority specialist services intervention.

The provision of access and participation to BME families and families that are difficult to engage.

The provision of stable and supportive homes with consistent and caring relationships.

Listening and responding to the views, feelings, and wishes of children.

The provision of timely support and responses to children giving them access to community resources.

Respecting and promoting children’s rights.

Taking a whole-family approach to children’s early intervention.

Safeguarding the social care, health, and welfare needs of children.

Having high aspirations for every child.

Respecting and valuing diversity.

Promoting contact with friends and family for children in local authority care.

Ensuring that the children in care that we work with understand their rights to leave care only when they’re properly prepared and ready to do so.

Supporting and preparing care leavers in their transition to living independently.

Making decisions based on need assessments.

Celebrating children’s achievements.

The provision of person-centred services and support to adults in the community to ensure they achieve their goals.
